Refund policy

At Casetovia, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly shipped items (items that do not match your order)

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@casetovia.com if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will promptly review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

  • Opened or used items

  • Late returns (after the 30-day period)

  • Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Standard shipping charges apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
